Along the coast of Kapa'a Kauai, the relatively rough waters of the open ocean on the east shore are not the most ideal for swimming. However, the golden sand is an inviting place to sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean dancing over the rocks along the shoreline. Photographed in December, 2015.
