As I sat still on the beach enjoying my morning coffee, I began to notice movement in the sand all around me. Tiny sand crabs were busy burrowing tunnels... stare at an indentation in the sand and at first you'll see tiny eyes poke out, then the scurrying movement of a tiny crab tossing sand, then a pause, then it races back into the little hole in the ground. I maintained sharp focus on one hole and after several attempts, I managed to catch the crab just as he tossed his clawfuls of sand.
